Kabukicho, Shinjuku


Besides food poisoning I'm usually not too worried about Luke's love of food, but when he dragged me into a Yakuza hang out for his second dinner of the night, it did make me a little wary.

 Jun, Shoei, Luke & the Captain. Talk about spoilt, Shoei took Luke out on a chartered boat fishing for Shibass in Tokyo Bay. He also had us stay at his place and I had his exceptionally patient family try their hardest to chat to the idiot that had come to Japan not speaking a word of Japanese :o)  I felt like a total git but they were fantastic!  So patient!  Arigatou gozaimashita.  (....still not sure if that's right - have I learnt nothing!?...anyway, thank you!)
