Liquid and Lasagna


Salamander was on the cards this weekend.

Box Beach was on fire and if you didn't mind using the local boogers as speed humps, there were some nice peaks up for grabs.  After a surf we headed to Salamander to visit the McDade clan.

Lucky Chuck kindly offered to put us up for yet another night and with the help of his girls cooked us the most killer lasagna.  More than happy to admit that mine was put to shame on so many levels.  We're still drooling!

 Jun, Shoei, Luke & the Captain. Talk about spoilt, Shoei took Luke out on a chartered boat fishing for Shibass in Tokyo Bay. He also had us stay at his place and I had his exceptionally patient family try their hardest to chat to the idiot that had come to Japan not speaking a word of Japanese :o)  I felt like a total git but they were fantastic!  So patient!  Arigatou gozaimashita.  (....still not sure if that's right - have I learnt nothing!?...anyway, thank you!)
